DIY HAAPSALU-SLEEVE

This model has stitches inspired by the “haapsalu scarves” from Estonia.
The original model is knitted in Artesano-4ply superfine alpaca, unfortunately the manufacturer no longer exists, but you can knit it in any fingering yarn. Eg. knit the BC Garn-Bio Balance or Alba or in one of the hand-dyed fingering yarns.

Supplies:
– XS / S 350 gr (1288 m) fingering yarn
– M / L 400 gr (1472 m) fingering yarn
– XL / XXL 450 gr (1656 m) fingering yarn
– needles 2 mm and 3 mm
– circular knitting needle 2 mm
– darning needle
