Shipping and returns

Click & Collect:
If you want to pick up an order in Arnhem, pay via ‘Click & Collect’. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready. If the time is not convenient, you can book an appointment online to pick up your order or call 026-3893438 to arrange it by phone. click here to make an appointment..

If you have forgotten to add something to your order, please email me and I will see how we can arrange for you to pick up everything at the same time.

Shipping:

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL for the rates applicable at that time.

Within the Netherlands, free shipping is possible from €100 excluding shipping costs, this is calculated when ordering. If you want to pick up your order at a PostNL parcel point, please indicate this in the comments field with your order.

For Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg, shipping is free from €150, excluding shipping costs. For the rest of Europe, free shipping is possible from €250 (excluding shipping costs) and €375 outside Europe. Outside the Netherlands, we ship with DHL / DPD / Fedex / PostNL depending on the location and weight. We ship to most places worldwide.

The Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the address, if the location is not listed, please contact us. If we find a much more favorable shipping rate, the excess shipping costs will be credited.

Items shipped from the EU, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and possibly additional charges imposed by the destination country. The payment of these costs are for the buyer and not for Recht en Averecht.

Processing your order
Orders will be shipped from Tuesday through Friday. I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. In the unfortunate event that not all items are in stock, I will contact you as soon as possible (by e-mail or telephone) to find a suitable solution.

Please note that items ordered with a pre-order will not be shipped until the entire order is completed and ready to ship. If you would like to receive the other items immediately, please place 2 separate orders.


Track en Trace
Your order is always shipped with track & trace. The track & trace code will be sent to you directly by our carrier, it can sometimes take 12-24 hours before it is visible.

Check your spam filter if you have not received the email, or check the track and trace yourself on our website.

Delivery time
Within the Netherlands, your order must be delivered within 2-4 days after shipping. Outside the Netherlands, delivery times outside the Netherlands may vary. For a complete list of international average delivery times, please refer to this PostNL site. this site of PostNL.

Return:
You can return your purchased items within 14 days of receipt, excluding items made on request or specially ordered from a supplier. Sale items are excluded from the return option.

If you wish to return items, please contact us before returning them. All items must be returned in perfect condition. We will refund the amount of the returned items in full and if incorrect items, damaged or defective goods are sent, we will also credit the shipping costs for the order. If you return a part and the shipment fell within the ‘free shipping’ amount, we will deduct the shipping costs from the return amount if the remaining amount is not sufficient to qualify for ‘free shipping’. The return costs are for the customer

We do not reimburse shipping costs for partially returned orders. The shipping costs incurred by you will only be refunded under the following circumstances:

• We sent you wrong items

• We have shipped defective or damaged goods to you

• If the entire order is returned
