Shipping and returns

Click & Collect:
From Wednesday, February 10, orders that have been paid online can also be picked up in the store. After filling your shopping cart, click on Click & Collect and pay without shipping costs. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready and in which time slot you can pick up your order. We ask you not to just drop by without a collection notice. Nothing is sold on the shop door. If you have forgotten to add something to your order, please email us and we will see how we can arrange it so that you can collect it together, thank you in advance for your understanding.

From Thursday march 4 you can book an appointment online to visit the store. Click here to make an appointment.

Shipping:
Free shipping is possible within the Netherlands, this is calculated when ordering. Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. If you want to pick up your order at a PostNL parcel point, please indicate this in the comments field with your order.

Free shipping within Europe from € 150 and € 375 outside Europe. Orders in Europe are shipped with DPD or DHL
We ship to most places worldwide.

Outside Europe, orders are shipped with PostNL, DHL and Fedex depending on the location and weight.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the address, if your location is not listed, please contact us. If we find more competitive shipping costs, we will credit the difference. If we find a much more favorable rate for shipping, the excess shipping costs will be credited.

Items shipped from the EU, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and possibly additional charges imposed by the destination country. The payment of these costs are for the buyer and not for Recht en Averecht.

Processing your order
Orders will be shipped from Tuesday through Friday. We try to ship orders within 2-3 days after receiving the payment, during the current Covid pandemic there may be delays due to the heavy traffic at the carriers, we hope you understand.

In the unfortunate event that we do not have all items in stock, we will try to contact you as soon as possible (by phone or e-mail) to find a suitable solution.

Please note that items ordered with a pre-order will not be shipped until the entire order is completed and ready to ship. If you would like to receive the other items immediately, please place 2 separate orders.
Track en Trace
We ship all items with track & trace as standard. Uw track & trace-code wordt rechtstreeks naar u verzonden door onze vervoerder, het kan soms 12-24 uur duren voordat het zichtbaar is.

Check your spam filter if you have not received the email, or check the track and trace yourself on our website.

Delivery time
Although we try to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times outside the Netherlands may vary. For a full list of international average delivery times, please refer to this PostNL document.

Return:
You can return your purchased items within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of items made on request or specially ordered for you from a supplier. Sale items are excluded from the return option.

If you wish to return items, you must contact us before returning them. All items must be returned in perfect condition. We will fully refund the amount of the returned items and if we have shipped incorrect items to you or shipped damaged or defective goods, we will also refund the shipping costs for your order. If you return a part and the shipment fell into the ‘free shipping’ amount, then we will, if the remaining amount is not sufficient to qualify for ‘free shipping’, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount.

We do not reimburse shipping costs for returned orders if you have changed your mind or decided you don’t want the items you ordered. The shipping costs incurred by you will only be refunded under the following circumstances:

• We have sent you wrong items
• We have shipped defective or damaged goods to you
