DIY Cathedral Glass

Shawl with a lace pattern reminiscent of the windows of Gothic cathedrals.

The shawl is knitted on the long side and the slightly round shape is obtained by knitting short rows.
The final size after blocking is approx. 170 cm wide, sides approx. 27 cm high and the center approx. 43 cm high.
The pattern consists of charts explaining how to use them.

The original yarn used is the Malabrigo Mechitta in the color Unicornio for the 1-colored version. For the 2-color version, the Malabrigo Sock is used in the colors Playa and Turner.

• 768 meters of yarn in a fingering or sock weight

• knitting needles size 3 mm (a circular needle is recommended)

• darning needle
